A wonderland of historic architecture can be seen throughout town. Some of this beautiful architecture can be seen in the 700 homes and buildings that are listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Pick up a free guided walking tour map at the Visitor Center.
 
From wildlife to engaging figures, a fantastic collection of public sculpture in Summerville's Azalea Park (PDF) invites touching. The Summerville Collection is fine art that is both inspiring and accessible, 365 days a year -- at no charge.
 
Listen and enjoy the artful sounds of the Summerville Community Orchestra and our very own Summerville Singers.  Both groups represent over 30 years of talent in their musical professions.

The annual Flowertown Festival is host to many artisans selling and demonstrating their crafts, in addition to entertainment for the whole family. The annual sculpture show and sale, Sculpture in the South, brings dozens of world-renowned sculptors to Azalea Park for a superb artistic event for everyone.
